Notice of System Maintenance and Credit Cancellation
Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to inform you that Clovergate Capital will be conducting a comprehensive system maintenance as part of our ongoing commitment to improve service quality and operational efficiency. This maintenance will involve enhancements to our service platform, operations, databases, and transaction systems to ensure a more stable and secure trading environment for all clients.
During this maintenance period, clients will still be able to perform deposit and withdrawal transactions as usual. The maintenance will take effect from 19 November 2025 and continue until 31 December 2025.
We kindly request all clients to review and manage their accounts within the specified timeframe. Clovergate Capital remains committed to transparency, reliability, and dedicated service throughout this process.
Please take note of the following important dates and operational adjustments:
- Deposits: No additional deposits will be accepted starting from 15 December 2025.
- New Orders: Opening new positions will not be available starting from 15 December 2025.
- Open Positions: All existing positions must be closed by 31 December 2025.
- Withdrawals: Clients may continue to withdraw funds as usual until 31 March 2026.
- Credit Cancellation:
As part of this system maintenance, all trading credits previously granted to clients will be permanently removed from the system effective from December 30, 2025 onward.
Clients who currently have active credits or are using credit-based margin for trading are strongly advised to review their accounts and take all necessary actions before the credit removal date.
Please be aware that the credit cancellation may affect existing open orders or active trading positions. In the event of any impact or resulting losses, Clovergate Capital shall not be held liable under any circumstances, as prior notice of this policy and effective date has been duly provided. Clients are therefore urged to exercise the highest level of caution and manage their portfolios responsibly before this change takes effect.
